Journal of Agricultural, Food Science & Biotechnology (JAFSB) is a peer-reviewed open access international journal invites original research, review, short reports and commentaries focusing on research in agriculture, food science and biotechnology. JAFSB also covers a wide range of topics involving the chemical and microbiological analyses of food, food additives and contaminants, food production, safety, packaging and nutritional aspects of food. Artificial intelligence (AI), bioinformatics and in-silico approaches in agricultural and food science are also encouraged.
